Jason Mitchell is the CEO and Co-Founder of nQuest. He brings 12 years of leadership experience in Trust & Safety, Product, and Engineering, and a proven track record of building innovative engineering solutions to security challenges.
Most recently, Jason led Trust & Safety Product, Investigations, and Intelligence at Upwork. There, he launched an AI-driven detection team, established a Threat Intelligence function, and drove a move to engineering-first solutions for Trust & Safety at Upwork. He also led crisis response for major incidents and oversaw investigative teams focused on organized crime and serious fraud.
Prior to Upwork, he was a Consulting Manager in Accenture LLP's Media & Entertainment practice. At Accenture, he helped build out consulting offerings for Trust & Safety, spearheading early projects in the space. Earlier in his career, Jason held roles at Facebook in Risk & Response and at the Federal Reserve in Product Management.
He holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Case Western Reserve University, where he was also the captain of the Model United Nations team and an award-winning delegate.
Sarah Feller is the CTO and Co-Founder of nQuest, bringing over 10 years of expertise designing, building, and delivering software solutions to empower operations teams.
Before nQuest, she served as the Back Office Tools Product Manager at Upwork, and a Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture LLP's Tech Advisory practice. At Accenture, she led the cutover management team for a Fortune 50 client's migration to Microsoft Azure, and managed process transformation across 50+ vendor teams to deliver 5G at a global telecommunications company. She started her career as a Software Developer at Time Warner Cable/Charter Communications, eventually leading the development teams for a Video Network Management System as an R&D Manager.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she was a member of the Engineering Honors Program.
