AI-powered search finds relevant case items. A case question asks nQuest’s AI to answer using those sources. Use search to find a document or capture, and a case question to compare accounts or explore a connection.
Does an entity match establish identity?
Search locates recorded entities and their sources. It does not verify that two records describe the same person, account, or organization; that conclusion comes from the investigation.
Does in-case search work in graph and list views?
Yes. Graph results highlight matching items in the case. List results narrow the items shown. Both let you open a result and explore its details.
