Choose Full Page Capture in the connected browser extension. Follow collection progress and the Saved to nQuest confirmation, explicitly copy the new capture into the case, then inspect its Full page graph preview. Open the original and scroll to the education and admissions below the first screen.

A shared contact email on two storefronts is easier to explain when both source captures are beside the connection. You have the detail, where it appeared, and the surrounding page to draw on.
Read the Saved Page Beyond Its Preview.
A compact preview keeps your case graph manageable. Open the capture to read the original at a width that fits the viewer, scroll through it, and move between parts when a long capture has been saved in separate images.
Coverage details distinguish a full page, a scrolling panel, and a partial capture. If collection stops before everything is captured, choose whether to save the captured portion or discard it. Review any warnings alongside the material before using it in a finding.
Return to the Source When the Question Changes.
Find a capture with AI-powered search, open a referenced capture from a case answer, or follow its connections in the graph. Earlier collection stays within reach when a new question sends you back to the sources.

Which browsers can I use?
Use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on Windows and macOS, or Chromium and Firefox on Linux. The Support Center provides official extension links and installation steps.
Can every page be captured in full?
Some pages keep growing or changing, exceed capture limits, or contain unsupported scrolling areas. nQuest may offer an explicitly partial capture or disclose that it saved only the visible page. Check the saved coverage and warnings. Text and frame captures retain visible-page context rather than a full-page capture.
What if saving is interrupted?
With current capture tools, the desktop capture manager can offer Retry save for a completed draft or Save partial capture for retained sections. Recoverable sections remain available for 24 hours. Review the resulting coverage before adding the capture to your case.
How is a capture different from adding a web link?
A web node points to the current page at a live URL. A browser capture keeps the material you collected, with its source URL and collection time, so you can return to it in the case.
How do captures reach my case?
They arrive in the desktop capture manager, ready to add to the case you choose. You can also copy a capture into a case while retaining it in the manager.
