How is pricing calculated?
Starter covers up to two investigators. Use the investigator selector to see the monthly total for a larger Team.
How are contributors and reviewers counted?
Investigator accounts count toward your plan even when someone contributes only occasionally. Starter and Team also include 10 non-investigator accounts for read-only reviewers and clients. A person's role on a particular case does not change their account's billing category.
How does the discount work?
The prices shown include the current offer. Your selected plan and promotion carry through to checkout.
Can I take my work out of nQuest?
Yes. You own your User Data under the Terms of Service. Case owners can export case data, supporting files, and an editable Word report draft, or selected folder contents. The Terms provide export access during the term and for up to 30 days after expiration, and set out the access and deletion conditions. Read the Terms of Service
