Preserve What the Appeal Claims.
After the Briarford floods, employees give $6,400 through a client donation-matching program. The client pauses its match and asks Priya Nair at Asterbridge Intelligence to check two Briarford Relief Now pages and a smaller Community Kitchen appeal.
Tom Ellis preserves the pages before they change. In nQuest, Priya opens each retained source beside its URL, collection time, and coverage. The client’s instruction and register searches stay connected to the same inquiry.

Ana Costa compares the two Relief Now pages. Their organizer name, payment recipient, text, and photographs agree. She records the supporting connections in nQuest so Priya can examine the two pages as one appeal.
The lead photographs also appear in an East Vale Gazette article from November 2022. Ana connects the retained article and comparison note to the appeal pages. The older publication undermines their claim to show the current Briarford floods.

The Relief Now pages display registration reference NG-10472. Ana adds it to the appeal record in nQuest and checks the supplied extract: the reference belongs to Northgate Meals Trust, which closed in 2021. Its former trustee confirms to the client that it has no connection with the appeal.
Community Kitchen has its own active registration, named trustees, established local site, and current kitchen updates. Priya keeps those records separate from the suspect pages and records why they support a different assessment.

Priya asks nQuest what connects the two Relief Now pages and separates Community Kitchen. She follows the answer’s references into the collected records, then writes her recommendation: withhold the Relief Now match and consider Community Kitchen only after the client’s normal payment checks.
The case also retains Ana’s public lead from an appeal page through dwrenprojects to Dana Wren’s WrenWorks portfolio and business listing. Priya keeps page setup or promotion distinct from payment-account control. Marcus Reed’s review remains open before the client decides on payment or referral.

The site-help link on appeal page A leads to dwrenprojects, which announced both suspect pages. The account links to a WrenWorks portfolio presenting Dana Wren as a fundraising-page builder. A public business listing corroborates that identity. A Briarford school employee with the same name has no such links and stays separate.
The client can refer the retained URLs, public records, and assessment to the platform, regulator, or legal adviser. Provider records would be needed to establish payment-account control and the destination of funds. No payment or referral has been made in this case.
